My Future Career Interests
Everybody has their own interests and goals in life, it all depends what they like or are into. Since I was little, animals and basically science has caught my attention, I had always preferred it over the other subjects. In class growing up I loved when my teachers played "Planet Earth" videos, to most of the other children it seemed completely boring! So lets just say I have had this interest in science and nature since my childhood. What I wanted to be as a young girl, is the same profession I want to strive for now, that is to be a Veterinarian. What I don't necessarily want, is to be stuck with the mainstream domestic animals, like cats and dogs. There's nothing wrong with that but, I would love more variety such as lions, tigers, bears, giraffes, basically zoo animals! Also I wouldn't mind working with marine mammals, they are just as amazing.

Yeah I also like the idea of working with animals too, but thats not a career that I would love to pursue. Working with exotic animals such as; lions and tiger like you said would be amazing. Not everyone has the guts and privileged to work and interact with these ferocious animals. There's zoos, but thats something different. You might be interest in Wildlife Rehabilitator, its like being a veterinarian, but you get to actually work with wildlife animals and not just with cats and dogs as you said.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Oscar on that not most people has the courage to work with lions or tigers but I think most people would want to work with animals that wont attack theme as a career.
ReplyDeleteI remember as a kid I wanted to be a Veterinarian. It seems like a very fulfilling job knowing your helping animals of any variety. It does seem both fun and a tad bit scary/exciting to work with lions and tigers and other animals of that nature. Nevertheless it seems like a nice job to have to help the injured/sick animals that need it.
ReplyDeleteYour career goal sounds like a lot of fun. I understand what you mean by not only working with cats and dogs. You're an animal lover who wants to work with animals of all sorts becuase you love the thought of caring for their well being and making their lives better for them. It is a great job to persue because we need more people to care for the wild life the way you do. We have to remember this is their planet to.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Jennifer, you are a animal lover. Since I can remember you always say you want to be a Vet. when they ask you for your future career. You want to take care of animals and that's very good, not many people want to do that and that's why we have many animals getting sick and dying. Go on and achieve your goals.

ReplyDeleteVery interesting Vannesa! That is a very cool future career interest to be honest. I couldn't imagine myself working with animals, but like you said everyone has their own interests and future careers. Hey, don't worry what people will say about your career, it's yours.
ReplyDeleteI like animals too Vannesa, I hate when i see dogs hurt or not taking care of. Dogs are my favorite animal in this world because they will listen to you , for dogs you are their world. If you make it in your career save dogs !
