Boss treating you differently?

In the work place, your boss can either be very strict, or very friendly, or perhaps a little of both. But what if you started to notice a little favoritism going around with your boss and a colleague. I personally would be upset that my boss would decide to play this out, it is quite childish if you ask me, because it should be a professional environment. For example, for this colleague it is permitted or so "allowed" to enter work late, yet for me the boss would write me up? That is unfair, the rules and regulations should apply to all employees, that way everyone is treated the same. If this situation were to happen to me at a work place, I would feel offended and a bit angry, that is not the way things should be in a professional environment. Relationships in the work place should be strictly professional, no if ands or buts.  

Personal Usage

Personal use of items originally from their work place, is a controversial subject to many. If you are employed somewhere, and they provide products for use at work, it should be strictly for work. There should be no exceptions, because they are there for work purposes only, and trust that you will follow through with their rules. A group of people are for it, which believe it is fine to be doing so. On the other hand, there is also those like myself that believe it is wrong to do so. The place you are employed at, trusts you to follow the rules and not violate and use the products provided for personal use. People should be honest and not do that, it is like lying to their faces and acting as if they did nothing wrong at all. In my opinion people need to grow up, you are no longer in elementary to be doing silly things.

My Future Career Interests

Everybody has their own interests and goals in life, it all depends what they like or are into. Since I was little, animals and basically science has caught my attention, I had always preferred it over the other subjects. In class growing up I loved when my teachers played "Planet Earth" videos, to most of the other children it seemed completely boring! So lets just say I have had this interest in science and nature since my childhood. What I wanted to be as a young girl, is the same profession I want to strive for now, that is to be a Veterinarian. What I don't necessarily  want, is to be stuck with the mainstream domestic animals, like cats and dogs. There's nothing wrong with that but, I would love more variety such as lions, tigers, bears, giraffes, basically zoo animals! Also I wouldn't mind working with marine mammals, they are just as amazing. 

Writing as a teenager

For us stubborn teenagers, we absolutely dislike writing, let alone the simple thought of it! Don't you agree? This isn't all the teenagers out there, but it sure is the majority. For some reason we just do not enjoy this activity although it is a very helpful skill to hold in the life that is ahead of us. Our generations biggest idea of writing is text messages, and social media, making writing an essay seem completely horrifying. But who forces you to assume writing is a boring task, nobody, it is yourself holding you back. If you are into it and you brain storm ideas of what to write in a creative way, then it is not so boring because you are into it. I think us the teenagers create this barrier that stops us from actually liking the task of writing, which is totally changeable.

Interesting words

There are countless words that not all people are aware they even exist. The thing I like is that specific words can make you seem intelligent. I love when I speak to people who use interesting words and phrases, it puts out the image that they are knowledgeable. Also I get to learn some new words that I might hear from others. For example, an interesting word I have heard lately is Ubiquitous, meaning found everywhere.
